All staff of Stichting Het Rijnlands Lyceum endeavour to create the best possible learning environment for our students. The Stichting carries an important responsibility for this that goes beyond mere management or supervision.

The Stichting is responsible for a healthy financial administration, good accommodation for students and staff, professional learning communities, the recruitment of enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff and support in the field of ICT. Furthermore, the Stichting, as the ‘competent authority’, is responsible for the quality of the education. It is accountable for this to the Ministry of Education and the Education Inspectorate. For reasons of accountability and transparancy, the annual report is discussed with various stakeholders, including the two joint participation councils at the level of the Stichting and the participation councils and parent councils at school level.
